Service Areas

Mostly our service area consists of Waco, as well as China Spring, Hewitt, Bellmead, Lorena, McGregor, Temple, Crawford, and Gatesville. We have gotten requests to provide our services a little bit deeper into Texas if you will. At times we have had to decline. If you live within these areas though you are not going to have any problems. Those cities fall within our regular service area. If you are a little outside of this area there is a chance that way may be able to help. It really depends on the type of service that you need and also what our schedule looks like at that particular time.
 
Can You Come Around On Short Notice? 
Yes, this is certainly something that we are going to be able to do for you. Especially if you are located within the area that we described as our service area. Actually we think that you should not hesitate to call, especially if you need to set up security lights or need some type of repair. Sure, landscape lighting can wait a bit more. If you are having trouble though with these lights that are essentially there to help protect you, we can certainly come around and give you a hand!

Repairs
Lights will go out from time to time. Ideally, this is something that is just going to happen due to the lifespan of the bulb running out. There are other things though that could potentially cause some trouble. If you spot any type of issues within your lighting system give us a call and have us take a look at them. We are going to be able to help you with repairs, regardless of whether or not we happened to install the system in the first place. We are really not going to have too much trouble with virtually any lighting system.
 
Everything We Do Is Done On-Site 
Obviously, when you are setting up lights you have to be directly at the location where you want to set them up. There is really no way around that. We do virtually all of our work though, right in front of your eyes. We’ve got nothing to hide. This also means though that you are going to be able to evaluate our performance on the spot. We actually like this because you can let us know right away if you don’t like the way that something looks. That way we can fix it up before leaving. This usually saves us a lot of time!
 
Do You Want To Know Whether Or Not We Can Help You?
We can only go so far out. Gas for the truck is a bit expensive. That being said, we do make an effort to help as many people as we can in this part of Texas.
